Non-Refundable Policy

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that it is a **non-refundable virtual service**. Once the promotion is applied, **no refunds will be issued**, regardless of the outcome. The payment is final, and you accept the risks associated with the purchase, understanding that the outcome of the promotion is not guaranteed. If the promotion does not attract players to your server, **you do not have the right to request a refund or compensation.**

Customer Agreement

Before proceeding with the payment, the customer must confirm their agreement to the Terms & Conditions on promocs.com by checking the relevant box. Without marking this box, the customer will not be able to proceed with the payment. This ensures that the customer is fully aware of the service details and terms and acknowledges their acceptance of these terms before completing the purchase.

PayPal Disputes

If a dispute is filed via PayPal, **no refunds will be issued**. By completing the purchase, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the **non-refundable nature** of this service. • Bind any default keys (W, A, S, D, SPACE, SHIFT, TAB) or bind any forbidden cmd, including CONNECT and SAY
• Acceleration of fake servers
• Use any form of redirection
• Send any CMD via SVC_DIRECTOR
• Change of customer tariffs (cl_updaterate, cl_cmdrate, etc.)
• Use plugins that ruin the player’s game, such as Pika, GameDestroyer, etc.

In case of violation of any of these rules, your services will be canceled without prior notice, and the server will be blacklisted to block it from purchasing any of our services in the future.
